Any addiction, whether to alcohol and drugs, food, people, sex, work, gambling, shopping or love; prevents personal growth and blocks achievement of goals. Here at , women can come together in small, safe, open-ended groups to explore their feelings and the behaviors that discourage success.

The following services are offered:

Individual Counseling
You will meet regularly with your own counselor who will support you through individual counseling sessions focused on recovery from alcohol/drug and other addictions including co-dependency.

Early Recovery Substance Abuse Process Group
Small groups of women led by one of our counselors meet weekly to share and support early recovery from issues with alcohol/drugs.

Co-dependency Recovery Process Group
Small groups of women led by one of our counselors meet weekly to share issues of co-dependency and relationship issues.

Alcohol/Drug Education Classes
A 12 week interactive series of classes explores the issues of addiction and its effect on a woman’s life. During the series, students have an opportunity to participate in a “hands on” experience of recovery and are given tools to aid them in their sobriety.

Freedom for Life Program
Outpatient services designed for women who have been in jail or prison.

Recovery for Seniors Program
Program specifically designed to meet the needs of mature, adult women.

Fees

All our services are provided based on a sliding scale which makes counseling available to every woman who needs our help regardless of her income.

Groups are $20 per week.
